About Theresa

Theresa is a Cornell University and NASM certified Wellness and Nutritional Counselor.

She has taken the journey to a healthier self, and at 66 years old, I understand the needs of older women and men who are trying to improve the quality of their lives.

She’s married to a diabetic, and coach many diabetics and pre-diabetics on how they can improve their health indicators through healthy eating.
